The hotel has a lot of character and is perfect for families with kids. The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is great for exploring Naples.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the San Carlo theater, which we absolutely loved. The theater is steeped in history and has hosted incredible performances by renowned artists like Paganini, Bellini, Bach, Handel, and Mozart. It was a memorable experience for the whole family, and we thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the artistic beauty and rich cultural heritage of the surrounding area.

My children wanted a larger play area or a kids' club at the hotel.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from the handsome guy who helped us with the luggage to the beautiful girls at the reception. Plus, the breakfast includes small Neapolitan pastries and a delicious cheese and ham toasted sandwich!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room had a cute little balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. I loved the breakfast with sweet and salty options. The coffee and cappuccino were superb. The hotel has a nearby parking place. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and two things we really liked were the clean room and the breakfast. , the location was great being close to shopping and dining. We also appreciated the friendly staff and their helpfulness during our stay.

The room at Hotel Lanfipe Palace, specifically room 322, is truly one-of-a-kind. It has a charming balcony overlooking an alley in the historic center, giving it a quaint and authentic feel. The private bathroom is lined with beautiful Carrara marble and equipped with a hairdryer. It even has a whirlpool tub and a TV for ultimate relaxation. As a young and adventurous traveler, I absolutely loved the unique character of this room and its luxurious amenities.

Personally, I found the bathroom to be a bit over-the-top with its full marble and lava stone decor. However, I understand that others might appreciate the lavishness and opulence it offers.

Great location near metro, clean & comfy rooms, and helpful staff. We loved being in a beautiful old palace on Via Toledo; it was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. The hotel was near to a metro station, which made it easy to visit the Archaeological Museum and the Station. Our room was spotless and had all the facilities we needed, including a small safe and fridge. The staff were super kind and attentive, making us feel safe and welcome.
